Handmade on site - you can watch masters and journeyman at work - baked goods! Freshness and quality are outstanding. These are perhaps the best rolls, croissants, and breads I've ever eaten. The vendors are always friendly and relaxed, although the line sometimes goes far out the door! The design of the store is also very nice.

Great bakery with all handmade bread. You can even see them making it in the window. A bit more expensive than most bakeries in town, but if you care the slightest about bread it is undoubtedly worth the money! In my mind it is the best bakery I have visited in Heilbronn
